Denver, CO, September 1, 2018 – EcoVapor Recovery Systems LLC has announced the appointment of Michael J. (Mike) McMahon as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mike will succeed Peter Mueller, Co – Founder and outgoing CEO, as Peter transitions to the role of Senior Vice President – Regulatory Affairs. Peter will continue his interaction with customers and regulatory agencies to promote more environmentally friendly oil & gas processes, and as a member of the EcoVapor Board of Directors.
Mike brings over 35 years of business and operations leadership to EcoVapor. With a Chemical Engineering and MBA background, Mike has a broad range of successes with public, private, and Private Equity based manufacturing and technology companies. For the past several years, Mike has served in senior leadership roles in oil and gas equipment and field service companies and has led safety, sales and business development, operations, and growth strategies. Most recently, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer for Cimarron Energy, a provider of oil & gas equipment and service, based in Houston, TX; and led Oil & Gas Strategy and Business Development for CAID Industries, a Tucson – based fabrication and automation company. Additionally, Mike served as Managing Director – North America for MAHLE Industrial Filtration, a custom engineered filtration provider to the oil & gas industry with headquarters near Tulsa, OK.
